Coffee called were great. Head Baker was out on an emergency and we were shorted on an order for cupcakes. They were willing to substitute to make up for lost product. Very accommodating in that manner.

One of my favorite places for baked goods. They have a variety of products from cookies, to bialys, to Irish soda bread and they're All delicious! If you have a nut allergy make sure you check with the staff because they use almond flour for a lot of their homemade product. One major benefit here is that they state their ingredients on the packaged stuff. You have to ask the staff for the ingredients for the behind the counter goodies though. Which has never been a problem for me since they're all very helpful.

Gramma's send to have changed a bit..... Still really good prices, but we detected a lot of off Flavors..... Not spoiled just seemed like they were using artificial flavors...... Italian rainbow cookies and a chocolate cake we purchased for a birthday celebration.

Finally, a REAL old school bakery serving qualty freshly made baked goods like we grew up enjoying. I strongly urge you to try their Napoleon.. yum!
